Responsibilities
- Design and maintain high-quality floral arrangements for retail, corporate, event, wedding, and hospitality clients.
- Provide excellent customer service in-store, via phone, and email offering expert advice on floral selections and plant care.
- Manage daily shop operations, including stock rotation, shop upkeep, cash handling, and use of sales and delivery systems (Till, Detrack, PDQ).
- Work independently on offsite projects and installations as required.
- Efficiently produce hand-tied bouquets (minimum of four per hour) and support event or venue setups
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of flower varieties, seasonal availability, and current floristry trends.
- Create bespoke floral designs tailored to client preferences and design briefs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in floristry and at least 1 year in retail.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Outgoing, friendly, and approachable personality.
- Professional and well-presented appearance.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Open to both local and international applicants.
- Preferred candidates will have prior experience with reputable brands and/or exposure to the GCC market.
