Responsibilities
- Provide strong instructional leadership and set the school’s vision, mission, and strategic goals.
- Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure alignment with educational standards.
- Supervise, evaluate, and support teachers and staff to promote professional growth.
- Manage daily school operations to ensure a safe, orderly, and productive learning environment.
- Monitor student academic performance and implement improvement programs.
- Develop and enforce school policies, rules, and discipline procedures.
- Manage the school budget, resources, and facilities effectively.
- Lead school improvement planning and quality assurance initiatives.
- Foster positive relationships with parents, guardians, and the community.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, accreditation requirements, and education laws.
- Promote student welfare, inclusion, and well-being.
- Represent the school in meetings with stakeholders and external partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (Elementary or Secondary)
- With Master's Degree (Educational Leadership / Educational Administration / Education)
- LET Passer / PRC Licensed Teacher
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as School Principal
- Should possess thorough knowledge in leadership management, assessment, quality improvement and requirements of Philippine curriculum
