Responsibilities
- Supervise children’s activities to ensure safety, well-being, and age-appropriate play.
- Engage children in games, storytelling, arts and crafts, and other interactive activities.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment by regularly sanitizing toys, play equipment, and play areas.
- Enforce rules and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and promote positive behavior.
- Assist with child drop-off and pick-up, ensuring proper identification of guardians.
- Observe and report any unusual behavior, incidents, or injuries to management and parents/guardians.
- Provide basic care such as helping with snacks, bathroom assistance (depending on age group), and comfort when children are upset.
- Organize and rotate toys/equipment to keep the play area engaging and orderly.
- Support social development by encouraging sharing, cooperation, and respectful interaction.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about their child’s activities, progress, or any concerns.
Qualifications
- Female, up to 38 years old
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
- Passionate about working with children
- Strong communication skills
- Background in hotel or school environment preferred

- Basic salary: 1,500–1,800
