Responsibilities
- Supervised pool and surrounding areas to prevent accidents
- Responded swiftly to emergencies with rescues, CPR, or First Aid
- Enforced safety rules and hotel pool regulations to ensure guest safety
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Preferably with Lifeguard certification (local or international accreditation)
- Skilled in water safety, rescue techniques, and emergency response
- Highly alert, focused, and quick in decision-making under pressure
- Experienced in customer service and guest interaction
- Multilingual (fluent in English and Arabic – ideal for Qatar)
- Knowledgeable in pool maintenance and water treatment
- Background in luxury hotel, resort, or hospitality environments
- Able to lead swimming lessons and water aerobics sessions
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly Salary: QAR 1,500
- Benefits provided under Qatar labor law (e.g., accommodation, transportation, insurance, etc.)
