Our client in Lifelinks International Resources, Inc., a DMW-accredited recruitment agency from the Philippines, is seeking Help Desk Operator for deployment to Saudi Arabia. The Help Desk Operator will be responsible for delivering prompt and efficient technical support to GPO personnel. Key duties include responding to support inquiries via phone, diagnosing hardware and software issues, and providing effective troubleshooting solutions. Additionally, the role involves performing routine computer maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities 

  • Responding to GPO support queries.
  • Providing support over the phone, or via remote access.
  • Diagnosing issues with computer software.
  • Running software diagnostic tools.
  • Talking to GPO personnel through basic problem-solving processes.
  • Following up with GPO personnel.
  • Completing support tickets.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.
  • 3+ years working as a help desk specialist.
  • Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, including circuit boards, memory modules, and processors.
  • Knowledge of computer software systems, including databases, office applications, and operating systems.
  • Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of help desk software and remote-access systems.
  • High-level communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
  • Patience and understanding.

Compensation and Benefits


  • SAR 8,000.00 (Gross Salary Package)
