Responsibilities
- Prepare, modify, and review quality planning documents (e.g., Process Flow Chart, FMEA, Control Plan, special characteristics) using APIS software in collaboration with the Quality Management Systems Engineer.
- Integrate and maintain customer-specific quality requirements, standards, and documentation throughout project and serial phases.
- Ensure compliance with quality management systems during audits and contribute to internal quality documentation.
- Collect, analyze, and report quality-related data, including complaints, defects, and returned products.
- Manage first sample production: coordinate measurement, shipment, documentation, consultations, and approvals.
- Act as customer contact on quality issues, representing senior management for assigned products and ensuring customer requirements are met.
- Support corrective/preventive actions with the Process Engineer and oversee product development quality.
- Handle organizational tasks related to customer visits, meetings, trainings, and product projects.
- Monitor customer portals, process updates, and manage product repair and quality control processes.
- Lead, coordinate, and supervise the Product Quality Team (TME), including documentation, daily activities, and professional development.
- Perform additional ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor, provided these fall within the scope of responsibilities or can reasonably be expected based on knowledge and expertise.
- In case of production conditions that may result in non-conforming products:
Hold the authority and responsibility to stop the affected production sub-process.
Immediately inform the relevant area managers.
- Comply with corporate policies and regulations at both central and local levels.
- Support the implementation of corporate policies through professional conduct and work performance.
- Ensure compliance with the requirements of:
Quality Management System (QMS)
Energy Management System (EnMS)
Environmental Management System (EMS)
Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS)
Data Protection requirements (VDA ISA), including manuals, procedures, instructions, policies, and related regulations.
Qualifications
- Preferably Male, up to 40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a specialization in Technical or Quality Management
- Proven leadership skills with 5–15 years of relevant professional expertise
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills (e.g., Ishikawa, 8D, 5Why, Is/Is Not, Pareto analysis)
- Methodical, precise, and detail-oriented work approach
- High stress tolerance and ability to perform under pressure
- Proficient in conducting and reviewing Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
