Our client in partnership with Lifelinks International Resources, Inc., a DMW-accredited recruitment agency from the Philippines, is seeking Maintenance Supervisor for deployment to Qatar. Candidate has experienced in leading, supervising, and ensuring the quality of work performed by maintenance technicians, with strong management and technical expertise. Skilled in repairing, installing, and troubleshooting electronic appliances; holding an Associate Degree in Engineering is an advantage.

Responsibilities 

  • Ability to lead, direct, inspect, and monitor the quality of work performed by maintenance technicians

  • Skilled in repairing, installing, and troubleshooting electronic appliances

  • Strong management and excellent technical skills

  • Associate degree in Engineering (advantageous)

  • Good communication skills, with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

  • Flexible and willing to follow instructions from direct supervisors

  • Must hold a valid passport and be fit to work

  • Willing and able to deploy immediately

Qualifications

  • Male, not more than 40 years old

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance, preferably in real estate, construction, facility management, or high-end property

  • Strong knowledge in maintenance services, specifically:

    • Electrical works

    • Carpentry

    • Masonry / Painting / Electronics

    • Plumbing

    • Other facility management tasks

Compensation and Benefits

  • Basic Salary: QAR 2,500

  • Housing: Company-provided

  • Food Allowance: QAR 300

  • Transportation: Company-provided

  • Medical Coverage: Private medical insurance and government health card provided

  • Air Ticket: Provided every two years
