Our client in partnership with Lifelinks International Resources, Inc., a DMW-accredited recruitment agency from the Philippines, is seeking Cargo Handlers for deployment to Japan. Candidates must perform logistics tasks including material handling, shipping, and receiving. Ensures safe equipment use and secure processing of classified and company materials.

Responsibilities


  • Cargo Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload cargo from aircraft, ships, or vehicles according to cargo type (perishable, hazardous, etc.).
  • Cargo Inspection: Check cargo for damage or irregularities and report issues to the supervisor.
  • Documentation: Record cargo details including weight, dimensions, and destination accurately.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and cargo equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Storage and Organization: Arrange and store cargo properly to optimize space and prevent damage.
  • Coordination with Teams: Communicate with logistics, warehouse, and security teams for smooth operations.
  • Customer Service: Assist in preparing and delivering cargo to clients with professionalism and punctuality.

Qualifications


  • Open to male and female applicants.
  • Must be 38 years old or below.
  • Must be at least a high school graduate.
  • No prior experience required.
  • Must have JLPT N4 or JFT A2 certification.
  • Must be a Prometric Passer in Cargo Handling.
  • Candidates must be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must not have visible tattoos when wearing a short-sleeve shirt during summer or long sleeves with pants.

Compensation and Benefits


  • Basic Monthly Salary: Up to JPY ¥199,500.
