Responsibilities
- Preparation of bread, pastries, leavened doughs, fine and specialty baked goods.
- Kneading, proofing, shaping dough
- Baking in ovens or industrial baking machines with correct time and temperature
- Decorating and filling pastries (e.g., cocoa rolls, túrós batyu, croissants)
- Professional handling and cleaning of machines/equipment (mixers, proofers, ovens)
- Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in the workplace
- Production of bread, rolls, croissants, pastries, and other products according to recipes
- Observing quality and quantity standards
- Compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP)
- Testing new products and assisting in development
Qualifications
- Vocational qualification in baking (baker / bakery trade certificate)
- At least 5 years of professional experience is an advantage
Compensation and Benefits
- Net: HUF 266,000 / month (around net 676 euro)
- Gross: HUF 400,000 / month (around gross 1017 euro)
- Bicycle or electric scooter provided for commuting
- Accommodation in rented apartments
- Meal allowance: €45/month
- Weekly: 40 hours (5 × 8 hrs/week)
- Overtime: According to Hungarian Labor Code
- Daily working time: 8 hours
- Shifts: 02:00–10:00 and 14:00–22:00
