Responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations and staff assignments.
- Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and facilities meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Conduct inspections of rooms and housekeeping work areas regularly.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and housekeeping materials.
- Train, guide, and support housekeeping staff in maintaining hotel standards.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments for smooth daily operations.
- Handle housekeeping-related guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in a 4-5 star hotel
- At least high school graduate or with relevant training in housekeeping
- Appropriate hospitality skills and supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Good English communication skills
