Our client in Lifelinks International Resources, Inc., a DMW-accredited recruitment agency from the Philippines, is looking for Welders to Germany! We are seeking experienced Welders with at least 6 years of relevant experience in aluminum/steel welders (preferably MIG/MAG, WIG/TIG). Candidates should be at least college or vocational graduates with welding certification. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and speak basic English is essential.

Responsibilities


  • Analyze and interpret blueprints prior to project commencement
  • Source and secure required project materials
  • Measure and cut materials in line with project specifications
  • Perform welding using appropriate materials and methods
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure work meets blueprint tolerances

Qualifications


  • 23–35 years old
  • College or Vocational graduate
  • At least 6 month to 1 year of experience in Aluminum/steel welders (preferably MIG/MAG, WIG/TIG)
  • Skills required: Welding, metal works, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings 
  • With current A1/A2 level certification are welcome to apply 
  • Willing to undergo 3-4 months German language training

Compensation and Benefits


  • Minimum Salary: EUR 15/hour (40 hours per week or 8 hours per day)

Recruitment Procedure

This include discovery sessions, interviews, and coaching to increase the chance of landing a contract with German Employers.
2nd to 5th Month

Language Training and Certification (A1-B1)

Co-sponsorship opportunity to be qualified to take the FREE language examination and continued language training.
5th to 6th Month

Deployment and Departure to Germany

This includes final documentation processing, travel arrangements, and onboarding meetings with your Employer.
