Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming goods for quality and accuracy.
- Label and store items properly in designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in all storage locations.
- Keep accurate records of stock levels and movements.
- Prepare and pack goods requested by hotel departments.
- Dispatch supplies on time to kitchens, housekeeping, or outlets.
- Follow FIFO and safety standards for handling goods.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
- Coordinate with purchasing and other departments for replenishment.
- Follow hotel policies on hygiene, safety, and inventory control.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in logistics or warehousing preferred.
Minimum 1–2 years in warehousing or storekeeping, ideally in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
Skills & Competencies:
Knowledge of inventory management systems or ERP software.
Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, inventory modules).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Physically fit; able to lift and move goods safely.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic English (spoken and written)
