Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage the school activity calendar for the entire academic year.
- Ensure schedules of extra-curricular activities do not conflict.
- Prepare reports and action plans for school activities and submit to the Assistant Principal.
- Organize logistics for activities including transportation, venue, resources, and meals when required.
- Ensure all activities are executed according to approved plans and schedules.
- Coordinate closely with teachers regarding program details and implementation.
- Assign personnel for school activities in coordination with department heads and supervisors.
- Coordinate with the school medical team regarding student eligibility and safety requirements.
- Inform students, parents, and the school community of upcoming activities through official communication channels.
- Prepare and disseminate activity programs and announcements.
- Participate in faculty meetings and professional school activities.
- Organize and supervise school assemblies and student programs.
- Serve as adviser to the Supreme Student Council and support student leadership development.
- Develop and maintain a student handbook for clubs and organizations.
- Ensure compliance with school rules, regulations, and activity policies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by school management.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 2 years experience as School Activity Coordinator or similar role
- Experienced in organizing a wide range of student activities addressing recreational, social, and personal development needs
- Capable of overseeing internal activities aligned with school strategic objectives
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
- Able to work collaboratively with school administrators, teachers, students, and parents

- Gross Salary: AED 2,000 + AED 2,000 per month
