Rigger (KSA)

Our client in Lifelinks International Resources, Inc., a DMW-accredited recruitment agency from the Philippines, is seeking Riggers for deployment to Saudi Arabia. Candidates will perform safe and efficient rigging activities in support of lifting, moving, and positioning heavy equipment, components, and materials within open-pit mining and earthmoving operations. Working closely with Crane Operators, Maintenance Supervisors, and workshop personnel, Riggers will ensure that lifting activities are carried out according to approved lifting plans, equipment specifications, and site safety procedures.

Responsibilities


  • Perform safe and efficient rigging activities for lifting, moving, and positioning heavy equipment, components, and materials.
  • Work closely with Crane Operators, Maintenance Supervisors, and workshop personnel during lifting operations.
  • Follow approved lifting plans, equipment specifications, and site safety procedures.
  • Inspect and properly use rigging equipment and lifting accessories before operations.
  • Ensure loads are properly secured, balanced, and prepared for lifting.
  • Assist in guiding and positioning loads safely during lifting and movement.
  • Communicate effectively with Crane Operators and other team members during lifting operations.
  • Help prevent accidents and protect personnel, equipment, and materials during lifting activities.
  • Report any unsafe conditions, damaged rigging equipment, or incidents immediately to the supervisor.
  • Follow all company safety rules and procedures at all times.

Qualifications


  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a Rigger.
  • Experience in rigging activities involving heavy equipment and materials.
  • Valid NC I certification in Rigging.
  • NC II certification in Crawler Crane is preferred.
  • Basic English communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits


  • Basic gross salary: SAR 3,500–4,800 (PHP 60,000–80,000).
