Responsibilities
- Welcome, greet, and direct visitors professionally upon arrival.
- Notify company personnel regarding visitor appointments and arrivals.
- Answer inquiries personally or through phone calls and provide accurate information.
- Maintain reception area cleanliness, safety, and organization.
- Manage security procedures including visitor logs and badge issuance.
- Maintain telecommunications and reception systems.
- Direct visitors using updated employee and department directories.
- Document activities, irregularities, and operational needs for team coordination.
- Support daily office operations and contribute to team objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience as Receptionist, preferably in a 4-5 star hotel
- Excellent English communication and phone etiquette skills
- Strong personality with confidence in implementing company policies
- Customer service–oriented with professional attitude
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and grooming
- Flexible and willing to work independently per shift
Compensation and Benefits
- Basic Salary: QAR 2,200
- Food Allowance: QAR 300
