Our client in Lifelinks International Resources, Inc., a DMW-accredited recruitment agency from the Philippines, is looking for Receptionist for the Qatar! We are seeking male candidates with at-least 2 years of receptionist experience (preferably in a 4–5 star hotel) are encouraged to apply. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, strong customer service orientation, proficiency in MS Office, a professional appearance, and the ability to work independently while confidently upholding company policies.

Responsibilities


  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.

  • Notify company personnel of visitor arrivals.

  • Maintain security and telecommunications systems.

  • Handle inquiries by answering or referring questions.

  • Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.

  • Ensure security by following procedures, monitoring the logbook, and issuing visitor badges.

  • Keep the reception area safe and clean in compliance with procedures, rules, and regulations.

  • Support work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and ongoing requirements.

  • Contribute to overall team success by performing related tasks as needed.

Qualifications


  • Male, not more than 35 years old.

  • Minimum of 2 years of receptionist experience (hotel background preferred, ideally 4–5 star).

  • Excellent phone etiquette and English communication skills.

  • Strong personality with the courage to enforce company policies and procedures.

  • Customer service–oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Professional appearance.

  • Flexible and willing to work alone per shift.

Compensation and Benefits


  • Basic Salary: QAR 2,200

  • Housing: Company-provided

  • Transportation: Company-provided

  • Food Allowance: QAR 300

  • Air Ticket: Provided every two years

  • Six (6) working days per week, with one (1) day off.

  • Eight (8) hours per day with a one-hour break.
