Responsibilities
Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
Notify company personnel of visitor arrivals.
Maintain security and telecommunications systems.
Handle inquiries by answering or referring questions.
Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
Ensure security by following procedures, monitoring the logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
Keep the reception area safe and clean in compliance with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Support work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and ongoing requirements.
Contribute to overall team success by performing related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Male, not more than 35 years old.
Minimum of 2 years of receptionist experience (hotel background preferred, ideally 4–5 star).
Excellent phone etiquette and English communication skills.
Strong personality with the courage to enforce company policies and procedures.
Customer service–oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Professional appearance.
Flexible and willing to work alone per shift.
Compensation and Benefits
Basic Salary: QAR 2,200
Housing: Company-provided
Transportation: Company-provided
Food Allowance: QAR 300
Air Ticket: Provided every two years
Six (6) working days per week, with one (1) day off.
Eight (8) hours per day with a one-hour break.
