Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum objectives.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment for students.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support learning.
- Develop instructional materials and classroom activities that encourage participation.
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, school administrators, and parents to support student development.
- Integrate technology and creative teaching strategies into classroom instruction when appropriate.
- Uphold school policies and promote positive behavior and academic excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education
- PRC Licensed Teacher
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience
- Preferably with experience teaching Computer subjects or kindergarten students
- Preferably familiar with or trained under the DepEd MATATAG Curriculum
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation and Benefits
- Gross Salary: AED 2,000 + AED 2,000 per month
