Responsibilities
- Perform trained production work, including upholstery-related tasks, machine operation, assembly, and finishing.
- Carry out pre-fixing (tensioning) tasks:
- Attach stitched components to the pre-fixing station using seam blades.
- Activate adhesives using a heat gun.
- Smooth and secure the surface to ensure proper bonding.
- Execute Umbug (edge folding) tasks:
- Fold back excess leather or artificial leather along the pattern line.
- Apply adhesive to fix the folded edges.
- Trim excess material to ensure precise fitting and prevent gaps between components.
- Assist in general production and factory tasks depending on operational requirements.
- Follow company standards on safety, quality, and production efficiency.
Qualifications
- Male or Female
- 40 years old and below
- Minimum height: 160 cm
- At least high school graduate
- With at least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the automotive industry (preferably in the last 5 years)
- Physically fit for production work
- With basic English communication skills
Compensation and Benefits
- Gross Salary: 873 EUR
- Deductions (33.3%): covers salary tax, social security, and health card
- Net Salary: 585 EUR
