Responsibilities
- Preparation of bread, pastries, leavened doughs, fine and specialty baked goods.
- Kneading, proofing, shaping dough
- Baking in ovens or industrial baking machines with correct time and temperature
- Decorating and filling pastries (e.g., cocoa rolls, túrós batyu, croissants)
- Professional handling and cleaning of machines/equipment (mixers, proofers, ovens)
- Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in the workplace
- Production of bread, rolls, croissants, pastries, and other products according to recipes
- Observing quality and quantity standards
- Compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP)
- Testing new products and assisting in development
Qualifications
- Vocational qualification in baking (baker / bakery trade certificate)
- At least 2 years of professional experience is an advantage
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary: Net.206.243 HUF/ 537 EUR
- Monthly shift bonus: Net 70.000 HUF/ 182 EUR
- Overtime Rate: 50% on regular workdays and 100% on rest days
- Contract Duration: 2 years, renewable
- Housing Allowance: Fully provided at no cost to the worker
- Meal Allowance: Minimum net amount of EUR 45
- Paid Home Leave: At least 20 working days per year
