Responsibilities
- Perform installation of partition wall systems based on technical drawings and specifications.
- Ensure accuracy in measurements, alignment, and overall quality standards.
- Inspect site conditions and report any issues, deviations, or defects.
- Ensure all installations are fully functional with high-quality finishing.
- Support site inspections and project handovers.
- Utilize materials efficiently and minimize rework and damages.
- Maintain accurate timesheets and proper documentation, including additional works.
- Complete assigned tasks within project timelines and schedules.
- Coordinate with other trades and report delays or site constraints.
- Maintain organized workflow and support team members for overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- PRC Licensed
- At least 2 years of experience in construction or installation
- Experience in site supervision and reading technical drawings
- Background in installation of partitions, walls, or interior systems is an advantage
- Knowledge of quality control and site documentation
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Willing to work on-site and handle technical responsibilities
- Willing to undergo German language training (3–5 months)
Compensation and Benefits
- Basic Gross Salary: EUR 2,650
