Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations and staff assignments.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces for cleanliness and standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure service excellence.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; request replenishments when needed.
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage for operations.
- Address and resolve guest requests, complaints, and housekeeping-related concerns.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues with the appropriate department.
- Maintain housekeeping records, including attendance, inspections, and supplies usage.
- Promote teamwork, efficiency, and a safe working environment among staff.
Qualifications
- Female, up to 35 years old
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
- Strong communication skills
- With background in 4-5-star hotels, locally or abroad
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: QAR 2,000–2,500
- Accommodation, transportation, and duty meals provided
