Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish amenities.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures.
- Inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and proper presentation.
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored properly.
- Follow health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times.
- Report lost and found items, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Assist in laundry duties if required.
- Maintain a courteous and professional attitude when interacting with guests.
Qualifications
- Male / Female
- 40 years old and below
- Bachelors Degree in HRM or Tourism
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience
- Willing to undergo 5–6 months of German language training
- Applicants with A1/A2 German language certification are welcome to apply
Compensation and Benefits
- 2,100 to 2,500 EUR
