Our client, PHILWORK Personalvermittlung, in partnership with Lifelinks International Resources, Inc., a DMW-accredited recruitment agency from the Philippines, is seeking Housekeeper / Room Attendant for deployment to Germany. Candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and common areas, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met. They also respond to guest requests, report maintenance issues, and provide courteous, professional service at all times.

Responsibilities


  • Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to hotel standards.
  • Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish amenities.
  • Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures.
  • Inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and proper presentation.
  • Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored properly.
  • Follow health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times.
  • Report lost and found items, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors.
  • Assist in laundry duties if required.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional attitude when interacting with guests.

Qualifications


  • Male / Female
  • 40 years old and below
  • Bachelors Degree in HRM or Tourism
  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Willing to undergo 5–6 months of German language training
  • Applicants with A1/A2 German language certification are welcome to apply

Compensation and Benefits


  • 2,100 to 2,500 EUR

Recruitment Procedure

This include discovery sessions, interviews, and coaching to increase the chance of landing a contract with German Employers.

2nd to 6th Month

Language Training and Certification (A1-A2)

Co-sponsorship opportunity to be qualified to take the language examination and continued language training.

6th to 10th Month

Deployment and Departure to Germany

This includes final documentation processing, travel arrangements, and onboarding meetings with your Employer.
