Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, residential units, and common areas.
- Ensure proper sanitation, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and correctly.
- Change linens, make beds, and restock amenities as required.
- Report maintenance issues or damages to supervisors.
- Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and work instructions.
- Work independently and manage time effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a housekeeper, maid, or in a similar role in a hotel or residential setting
- At least high school graduate or holder of a vocational certificate
- Middle East work experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of proper cleaning methods, tools, and equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Good English communication skills
