Responsibilities
- General Responsibilities:
- Follow work, fire safety, and occupational health and safety regulations
- Wear required work clothing and PPE
- Adhere to the company’s ISO 14001 environmental policy
- Observe IATF 16949 quality management procedures
- Contribute positively to company goals and standards
- Collaborate with team members and report any issues
- Carry out additional tasks as needed, unless harmful to health or safety
- Support an equal-opportunity and non-discriminatory work environment
- Job-Specific Tasks:
- Operate forklift trucks according to internal traffic rules
- Move and shelve materials using FIFO principles
- Work within both warehouse and production areas
- Receive and verify incoming deliveries
- Record transactions in the ERP system
- Pick and stage materials for production
- Conduct random checks for inventory accuracy
- Maintain forklift trucks and report faults
- Manage containers and segregate waste
- Assist during physical inventory counts
- Review logbooks and equipment condition
- Verify roll quantities and moisture levels
- Document finished goods by number of rolls
Qualifications
- Completion of elementary school
- Valid forklift driver license or NCII Certificate
- Experience operating side and front forklift trucks
- Experience in high storage environments
- Minimum height: 165 cm
Compensation and Benefits
- Net Salary: EUR 872 / month
- Deployment Start: 1 September 2025
