Facilities Maintenance/Electrical Technician (Japan)

Our client of Lifelinks International Resources, Inc., a DMW-accredited recruitment agency from the Philippines, is seeking Infrastructure and Facilities Maintenance Technicians for deployment to Japan. Successful candidates will perform installation, maintenance, and repair of building utilities and infrastructure systems while supporting construction and facility operations.

Responsibilities


  • Perform installation, maintenance, repair, and modification of plumbing, water supply, electrical, and firefighting facility systems.
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on infrastructure equipment and utilities.
  • Transport, prepare, and organize raw materials, tools, and equipment needed for daily operations.
  • Assemble and dismantle scaffolding and assist with excavation, backfilling, and other site preparation activities.
  • Perform material handling and support construction and infrastructure projects as required.
  • Carry out cleaning, maintenance, and restoration of work areas upon project completion.
  • Operate construction tools and equipment safely while following established work procedures.
  • Comply with workplace safety standards and company policies at all times.
  • Perform other related duties assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications


  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in infrastructure maintenance, construction, or facilities-related work
  • Knowledge of plumbing systems, water supply facilities, electrical installations, or firefighting systems
  • Able to safely use and maintain construction tools and equipment
  • Preferably holds JLPT N4 or JFT A2 Japanese language proficiency certification
  • Former Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) participants are an advantage
  • Experience in the installation, repair, maintenance, or modification of building utilities and equipment is an advantage
  • Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in various work environments
  • Experience working under supervision and following workplace safety procedures

Compensation and Benefits


  • Basic Salary: JPY 250,000 to 300,000
