Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Store materials and products properly to maintain safety, organization, and accessibility.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely updates in inventory systems.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare, pick, pack, and issue materials according to approved requests.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams for efficient material flow.
- Monitor stock levels and recommend reordering to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners (if applicable).
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and proper labeling within the warehouse.
- Prepare inventory, receiving, and issuance reports for management review.
- Support audits by providing accurate inventory data and documentation.
Qualifications
- Male / Female
- 40 years old and below
- Bachelor's Degree in any field:
Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering
BS in Business Administration (Major in Operations Management)
BS in Supply Chain Management
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, storekeeping, or a similar role.
- Willing to undergo 5–6 months of German language training.
