Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly and professional service.
- Take and accurately process food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.
- Assist guests with menu selections and respond to their requests.
- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organized, and properly set.
- Coordinate with kitchen and other service staff for smooth operations.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Process bills and payments accurately when required.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the dining experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or Hospitality Management.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel or cruise ship.
- Must be willing to undergo German language training for 3–5 months, starting in the last week of September.
Compensation and Benefits
- Basic gross salary: EUR2,100 (PHP 140,000–150,000)
- Working hours: 40 hours per week
