Responsibilities
- Assist the Principal in providing instructional leadership and implementing the school’s vision and goals.
- Support curriculum delivery and monitor teaching effectiveness.
- Supervise and evaluate teachers and staff as delegated by the Principal.
- Oversee daily school operations, including scheduling, attendance, and discipline.
- Help maintain a safe, orderly, and positive learning environment.
- Monitor student behavior and enforce school policies and disciplinary procedures.
- Coordinate academic programs, school activities, and student services.
- Support school improvement plans and quality assurance initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff.
- Ensure compliance with educational standards, regulations, and policies.
- Act as Officer-in-Charge in the absence of the Principal.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (Elementary or Secondary)
- With Master's Degree (Educational Leadership / Educational Administration / Education)
- PhD is an advantage
- LET Passer / PRC Licensed Teacher
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as School Vice Principal
- Should possess thorough knowledge in leadership management, assessment, quality improvement and requirements of Philippine curriculum
