Responsibilities
- Oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service
- Supervise, train, and support hairstylists, technicians, and salon staff
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and productivity standards
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and sanitation are maintained at all times
- Handle client concerns, complaints, and service recovery professionally
- Manage appointment scheduling and optimize staff allocation
- Maintain inventory of salon products, tools, and supplies; coordinate ordering when needed
- Assist in achieving sales targets through upselling services and retail products
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development initiatives
- Prepare daily reports, sales tracking, and operational updates for management
- Maintain a welcoming and professional salon environment
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years work experience as Salon Supervisor
- Strong knowledge of salon services, treatments, and industry standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Proven ability to handle customer concerns and deliver high-quality client service
Compensation and Benefits
- Gross Salary: SAR 3,000-5,000
