Our client in Lifelinks International Resources, Inc., a DMW-accredited recruitment agency from the Philippines, is seeking experienced Salon Supervisor for deployment to Saudi Arabia. We are seeking an experienced candidate for this role with a strong background in salon operations and team management. The ideal applicant will bring proven leadership skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to maintain high service and operational standards.

Responsibilities


  • Oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service
  • Supervise, train, and support hairstylists, technicians, and salon staff
  • Monitor staff performance, attendance, and productivity standards
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and sanitation are maintained at all times
  • Handle client concerns, complaints, and service recovery professionally
  • Manage appointment scheduling and optimize staff allocation
  • Maintain inventory of salon products, tools, and supplies; coordinate ordering when needed
  • Assist in achieving sales targets through upselling services and retail products
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development initiatives
  • Prepare daily reports, sales tracking, and operational updates for management
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional salon environment

Qualifications


  • Minimum of 5 years work experience as Salon Supervisor
  • Strong knowledge of salon services, treatments, and industry standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Proven ability to handle customer concerns and deliver high-quality client service

Compensation and Benefits


  • Gross Salary: SAR 3,000-5,000
  • Premium accommodation or housing allowance
  • Transportation provided
  • Annual Leave as per Saudi Labor Law
