Our client in partnership with Lifelinks International Resources, Inc., a DMW-accredited recruitment agency from the Philippines, is seeking Production Supervisor for deployment to Hungary. Candidates must have at least 3–5 years of experience and be able to consistently meet production targets by optimizing processes, enforcing safety and quality standards, managing personnel, and coordinating with other departments. The role also includes maintaining equipment, addressing process deviations through corrective actions, and completing required reports to ensure smooth and compliant operations.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production targets to ensure output meets operational plans.
  • Control and optimize production processes to maintain efficiency, reduce downtime, and achieve quality standards.
  • Ensure full compliance with Occupational Safety, Environmental Protection, and Quality Management System regulations, and enforce these policies within the production area.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure safe work practices and adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Manage personnel under his/her supervision, including task assignment, performance monitoring, and skill development.
  • Oversee the proper use, maintenance, and availability of equipment, materials, and production tools to support uninterrupted operations.
  • Identify process deviations or non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Maintenance, Quality, Planning) to resolve production issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and submit production reports, incident reports, and other required documentation.

Qualifications

  • Preferably Male, not more than 35 years old

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in production or manufacturing operations, preferably in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, workflow optimization, and resource management.
  • Familiarity with Occupational Safety standards, Environmental Protection regulations, and Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams, handle conflicts, and maintain a disciplined work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities, especially in handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and reporting to management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and production monitoring tools/systems.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: HUF 900,000–1,000,000
