Responsibilities
- Teach kindergarten pupils using age-appropriate teaching strategies and activities.
- Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and interactive classroom activities.
- Support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Maintain a safe, engaging, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide developmental feedback.
- Encourage creativity, participation, and positive behavior among learners.
- Communicate effectively with parents, school administrators, and colleagues.
- Participate in school programs, meetings, and professional development activities.
Qualifications
- Male
- 40 years old and below
- Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education
- PRC Licensed Teacher
- Minimum of 2 years relevant teaching experience
- Preferably familiar with or trained under the DepEd MATATAG Curriculum
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
Compensation and Benefits
- Gross Salary: AED 2,000 + AED 2,000 per month
