Responsibilities
- Install partition wall systems according to approved drawings and installation standards.
- Check measurements, alignment, tolerances, floors, and walls before installation.
- Ensure installations are properly fitted, functional, and clean.
- Identify, document, and report technical issues, defects, and deviations.
- Use materials efficiently and prevent damage and unnecessary rework.
- Plan and organize installation work to meet project schedules.
- Coordinate with other trades on site to ensure smooth project completion.
- Report delays, additional work, and technical concerns promptly.
- Prepare complete work and additional-work reports.
- Support final inspections and help resolve installation issues.
- Follow company installation standards and contribute to improving work processes.
- Share technical knowledge and experience with installation helpers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
- Must be PRC licensed.
- At least 2 years of work experience in installation and construction work.
- With hands-on experience in wall partition, drywall installation, ceiling installation, and cubicle wall installation.
- Preferably with experience working on large-scale construction projects.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
Compensation and Benefits
- Basic gross salary: EUR 2,650 (PHP 180,000-190,000).
- Working hours: 40 hours per week.
