Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment for excavation, loading, transportation, and material spreading tasks.
- Safely operate machinery according to company procedures and supervisor instructions.
- Perform daily equipment inspections, maintenance, and lubrication.
- Attend pre-shift meetings before starting work.
- Complete daily equipment checklists and visually inspect safety devices before operation.
- Report and document equipment problems or unusual conditions found during inspections and maintenance.
- Immediately report any work-related incidents to the supervisor.
- Complete and submit the Daily Work Report.
- Follow all company safety rules, procedures, and guidelines.
- Maintain safe and efficient equipment operations at all times.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator.
Experience operating heavy equipment such as: bulldozers, dump trucks, wheel loaders, and excavators.
Valid NC II certification in Heavy Equipment Operation.
Valid driver's license for operating heavy equipment (Code CE).
Basic English communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Basic gross salary: SAR 3,500–4,800 (PHP 60,000–80,000).
