Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests in line with hospitality standards.
- Assist in front-line operations related to housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest relations.
- Communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking guests to address inquiries and requests.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all guests.
- Handle complaints or feedback professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Applicants with JLPT N4 or JFT A2 proficiency is required.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in hospitality customer service (housekeeping, food & beverage).
- Must be physically fit and able to work in fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: JPY 198,500
