Our client in Lifelinks International Resources, Inc., a DMW-accredited recruitment agency from the Philippines, is looking for Customer Service for Japan! We are seeking for a passionate Customer Service representative who holds JLPT N4 or JFT A2 certification and has a background in hospitality.

Responsibilities


  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests in line with hospitality standards.
  • Assist in front-line operations related to housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest relations.
  • Communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking guests to address inquiries and requests.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all guests.
  • Handle complaints or feedback professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications


  • Applicants with JLPT N4 or JFT A2 proficiency is required.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in hospitality customer service (housekeeping, food & beverage).
  • Must be physically fit and able to work in fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits


  • Salary: JPY 198,500
