Responsibilities
- Create bespoke garments from initial concept, sketch, or design specification through final production.
- Develop and execute draping and flat-pattern making for custom-fitted couture pieces.
- Construct luxury evening wear, bridal gowns, and haute couture garments with exceptional precision.
- Perform fittings and make alterations to achieve flawless fit and finish.
- Work with delicate and premium fabrics while preserving their quality and structure.
- Apply advanced sewing and tailoring techniques to meet luxury fashion standards.
- Collaborate with designers and clients to interpret creative visions into finished garments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and quality-focused work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience as a couture tailor or master pattern maker.
- Proven experience in high-end luxury evening wear, bridal, and haute couture.
- Expertise in draping, flat-pattern making, and translating complex couture silhouettes into custom measurements.
- Strong understanding of fabric behavior, particularly delicate luxury textiles such as silk chiffon, double-faced cashmere, tweed, velvet, organza, and fine lace.
- Ability to construct garments from initial sketch through final fitting with immaculate precision.
- Excellent craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits
- Basic Gross Salary: SAR 3,000–5,000
