Our client in Lifelinks International Resources, Inc., a DMW-accredited recruitment agency from the Philippines, is seeking Cooks for deployment to Germany. Candidates will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to established standards, maintaining food quality and cleanliness, and supporting smooth kitchen operations.

Responsibilities


  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, menus, and quality standards.
  • Ensure proper food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation in the kitchen and work areas.
  • Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
  • Properly store and handle food and kitchen supplies.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
  • Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Monitor kitchen supplies and report shortages or damaged items.
  • Minimize food waste and use ingredients efficiently.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or Hospitality Management.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel or cruise ship.
  • Must be willing to undergo German language training for 3–5 months, starting in the last week of September.

Compensation and Benefits


  • Basic gross salary: EUR2,100 (PHP 140,000–150,000)
  • Working hours: 40 hours per week
  • Paid vacation and sick leave.
  • Opportunity to work and gain international hospitality experience in Germany.

Recruitment Procedure

This include discovery sessions, interviews, and coaching to increase the chance of landing a contract with German Employers.
2nd to 6th Month

Language Training and Certification (A1-A2)

Co-sponsorship opportunity to be qualified to take the FREE language examination and continued language training.
6th to 10th Month

Deployment and Departure to Germany

This includes final documentation processing, travel arrangements, and onboarding meetings with your Employer.

Depending on the employer, they will also provide you with a monthly allowance, and free board and lodging, meals, books, focused learning environment, and German native speakers as your teachers.
