Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting through sanding, filling, and priming.
- Mask and protect vehicle components before painting.
- Mix and prepare paint according to required specifications.
- Apply automotive paint using proper spray-painting techniques.
- Repair and refinish damaged vehicle surfaces.
- Ensure smooth, even, and consistent paint finishes.
- Inspect painted surfaces and correct defects such as runs, uneven finishes, and other imperfections.
- Follow proper drying and curing procedures.
- Properly use, clean, and maintain spray guns and painting equipment.
- Follow workshop safety procedures and handle paint materials safely.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience as an Automotive or Car Painter.
- Must have a valid Automotive Painting NC II or Automotive Body Painting NC II.
- Experience in automotive spray painting and vehicle refinishing.
Compensation and Benefits
- Basic starting salary: EUR 1,200 (PHP 80,000-90,000)
