Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of daily meals for camp personnel.
- Prepare ingredients such as washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning food items.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, utensils, and food storage areas.
- Support proper storage and inventory of food supplies to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist in meal distribution and ensure timely service to workers.
- Help in receiving and checking food deliveries and supplies.
- Perform other kitchen-related duties assigned by the Head Cook or Camp Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year work experience in food preparation or kitchen assistance
- At least high school graduate or with relevant vocational training in cooking
- Experience in camp or industrial setting is an advantage
- Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
- Physically fit and able to work in a remote camp environment
Compensation and Benefits
- Basic Salary: SAR 1,800
- Housing: Shared housing provided by company
