Responsibilities
- Provide academic leadership and ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
- Oversee curriculum development, implementation, and alignment with academic standards.
- Supervise, evaluate, and support faculty members to enhance instructional quality.
- Monitor student academic performance and lead academic improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement academic policies, procedures, and assessment systems.
- Coordinate academic programs, schedules, and learning resources.
- Lead academic planning, accreditation, and quality assurance activities.
- Promote continuous professional development for teaching staff.
- Collaborate with the Principal/School Leadership on strategic and academic goals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and institutional requirements.
- Foster a positive academic culture focused on excellence and innovation
Qualifications
- Preferably with Master’s degrees (PhD is an advantage)
- At least three (3) years of experience as an Academic Head
- Proven experience in academic administration and leadership roles, such as Department Chair, Dean, or Program Coordinator.
- Strong competencies in curriculum development, faculty supervision, and quality assurance.
Compensation and Benefits
